Dr.Pisani and his team have cared for our animals for many years. They have always been professional, punctual, communicate well and genuinely kind and caring for our two dogs and cat. Prices are reasonable and Dr.Pisani was always clear with costs before treatments. We've had wellness checks, microchips and one time our pup needed a tooth extraction. I highly recommend them. Crossroads was amazing! We have a very reactive dog who cannot go to the vets office or a groomer. Dr Pisani was gentle and understanding with our dog. He also trimmed our dogs nails while he was there since our dog doesn't go to the groomer. There was no pressure to do testing, or procedures like in a big vet office. If i could give 10 stars, i totally would! Dr. Pisani and his assistant, Kate were phenomenal! I have a very anxious kitty who needs lots of extra patience and care. That is exactly the kind of service I received today from the best vet in the world! Not only did they come to my home for service, but they were successful in administering the vaccines Lola needed. AND I received a free box of Girl Scout cookies too! Thank you Dr. Pisani and Kate for taking such great care of Lola today. I know she is excited for the next visit 🙂.
