What are our hours?
We are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8 am-5 pm. We are closed on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. All appointments will be by appointment only because we have to schedule our travel time/route.
What is the charge for a house call?
Our house call fee is $78 per household. This covers our travel expenses. This fee can be divided by multiple pet owners if the appointments are scheduled at the same day, time, and location. For example, two or more neighbors can split this fee.
Is there an additional fee for exams?
Yes, our wellness exam fee is $66 per pet. There will an extra fee for emergencies. Recheck exams are at discounted price.
Do you take payment plans?
No, payment is due at time of service. We do however offer CareCredit for those who need assistance.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, VISA, Discover, MasterCard, and AmericanExpress. We also accept CareCredit.
If you pay with check, you agree to any return check fee.
What if I can’t find my pet?
We ask that you please contain your pet at least 1 to 2 hours before the appointment. If you cannot find your pet in this time period, please call us to reschedule your appointment for another time.
Do you take emergencies?
During business hours, we will try to accommodate any emergencies the best we can. Keep in mind we are a small mobile clinic and we may not be able to accommodate all emergencies and might have to refer you to an emergency clinic especially if the pet requires hospitalization.
