The day that you call to make an appointment, we will give you a time range to expect us to be at your house. We will either give you a time between 8:00am and 12:00pm or between 1:00pm and 5:00pm. Because we are mobile, we have to give a range so that we can plan our route for the day and also to take into consideration traffic issues. If you have a specific time request, please inform us so that we can try our best to accommodate your schedule.
Before we arrive:
We ask that you please contain your pet at least 1 to 2 hours before the appointment. If you cannot find your pet in this time period, please call us to reschedule your appointment for another time.
When we arrive:
When we arrive we ask that your dog is put on a leash or cat placed in carrier (we can provide each if needed). We will take your pet to our mobile clinic to conduct our exam. If the patient is immobile, a flight risk, or very apprehensive we can conduct our exam in your home. Some procedures, however, can only be done in the mobile clinic.
While we strive to accommodate all emergencies, we are not a true emergency clinic and there are times where we cannot be reached. If we are with a client when you call please leave a voicemail as we try to show the utmost respect to all of our clients and will not answer calls during appointments. We will try to get back to you as soon as possible. There will also be times where we will be in a service area where our reception will not be adequate enough to receive your call.
