Foreign Prescription Request Policy

At Crossroads Mobile Veterinary Clinic, we strive to provide the highest quality care for your pets. As part of our prescription policy, we do not accept prescription requests from third-party online pharmacies (foreign or outside pharmacies).

If you prefer to use an outside pharmacy, you may request a “WRITTEN” prescription during your pet’s appointment. If you need a written prescription outside of your scheduled appointment, simply complete the Prescription Request Form.

Please Note:

  • All prescription requests will require up to 48 hours for processing.
  • If you request a prescription outside of an appointment, it will be mailed to your address via USPS.
  • We will only mail a Prescription to the requesting client. We WILL NOT mail it to the third-party pharmacy.

Online Pharmacy

We encourage you to use our online pharmacy for added convenience. Ordering through our online pharmacy doesn’t require a prescription for most products. Prescriptions requested through our online pharmacy will be processed and are shipped the same day or next day after the prescription is approved.
